With more than 30 years of political and corporate campaign experience, Aris McMahon brings an in-depth understanding of voter contact strategies to federal, state, and locally elected officials, as well as public affairs campaigns.
Prior to joining Advantage in 2001, Aris worked with campaigns and campaign committees, including the National Republican Senatorial Committee (1994), U.S. Senator Bill Frist’s initial race (1994), Senator Bob Dole’s New York State primary campaign (1995-96), the 1996 Dole for President team for the Iowa caucuses, and a successful US Congressional race on Long Island (2000), flipping a seat from blue to red. In these roles, Aris gained firsthand knowledge of true grassroots campaigns, working to identify and turn out voters at the door, on the phone, and wherever else they may be.
As a Senior Account Executive at Fabrizio McLaughlin and Associates (1997-00), Aris managed multi-million dollar media accounts for numerous national political and corporate campaigns. Aris was named a partner at Advantage in 2005 and President in 2016, where he manages all aspects of day-to-day business as well as long-term strategic planning.
A native of Bayside, NY, Aris received a B.A. from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. He and his wife Gibson live in Alexandria, VA, with their three children.
Tricia (Pearson) Korcheck joined Advantage, Inc. in 2009. Tricia brings over 20 years of extensive political experience to the Advantage, Inc. team. She has done work ranging from campaign management and general consulting to fundraising for candidates and state parties throughout the western United States.
Before coming to Advantage, Tricia served as the Northwest Regional Political Director for the Republican National Committee (RNC) in 2008. Prior to joining the staff at the RNC, Tricia served as a political appointee within the Administration of President George W. Bush at the Small Business Administration.
Previously, Tricia spent a cumulative ten years serving in various capacities in the U.S. Senate. Tricia also served as the Western Region Political Director during the 2003-2004 election cycle and played a pivotal role in electing five Republican Senators to the United States Senate in 2004.
Tricia started in politics with Senator Conrad Burns (R-MT) in 1994. Tricia is also proud to have been Executive Director of the Montana Republican Party from 1997-1999. Tricia holds a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Montana. She is a native of Billings, MT and currently resides in Colorado Springs, CO with her husband Kevin.
Dee Stewart is a Partner at Advantage, Inc., focused on business strategy.
A political and public affairs consultant, Stewart has served as President of The Stewart Group, a consulting firm, since 2001. In this role, Stewart has engaged in hundreds of successful political and public affairs campaigns for Republican elected officials and Fortune 500 corporations.
Stewart also co-owns and operates Strategic Partners Solutions, a North Carolina-based issue management firm.
Stewart’s political resume includes serving as National Youth Director of Phil Gramm for President in 1995-96; Finance Director of the North Carolina Republican Party from 1997-99; Executive Director of the Republican Party of Iowa from 1999-2001; Chief of Staff in the Office of Congressman Patrick McHenry in 2005; the General Consultant for Patrick McHenry from 2002-2025 (for North Carolina House and U.S. Congress); and the General Consultant for Richard Hudson for U.S. Congress in 2012.
Stewart was named a Rising Star by Campaigns and Elections’ Politics Magazine in 2008, and he received the Order of the Long Leaf Pine, North Carolina’s highest civilian honor, in 2016.
Stewart earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government in 1995 and a Master of Business Administration with a Management concentration in 2003 from Campbell University.
Stewart resides in Raleigh, NC, with his son, Dugan. The Stewarts are members of Saint Timothy’s Episcopal Church in Raleigh.
Stewart’s great-great-grandfather is the late Congressman William Harrison Graham, a Republican who represented Pennsylvania’s 23rd Congressional District from 1898-1903 and Pennsylvania’s 29th Congressional District from 1905-1911.
Tom Boschwitz is Senior Advisor to Advantage, Inc. and VP of Growth for Buzz 360 where he oversees the Advantage+ Grassroots Technology Suite.
He brings over 30 years of business experience to the team and 15 years as a leader in technology for Republicans.
Advantage’s Grassroots Software was first introduced in 2012 and quickly became the leading voter contact software across the country for Republicans. It has reached more than 350 million voters in campaigns from Justice of the Peace to POTUS across all 50 states.
Under Tom’s leadership, Advantage helped the RNC transition from paper to mobile app-based canvassing. Advantage was also the first company to transition volunteer phone banking from complex and expensive physical phone banks to fully virtualized online calling from any device in any location.
Advantage also led the way with integrating data flows, enabling candidates and committees to fully utilize grassroots data.
Tom earned a B.A. from Northeastern University and an MBA from George Washington University. He lives in Minneapolis with his family.
Tyler Slezak serves as Vice President at Advantage Inc., bringing 15 years of political and public affairs experience at the national, state, and local levels.
At Advantage, Tyler works directly with clients to manage and execute voter contact efforts across the country. In addition to driving business development for paid phones and texting, Tyler helps manage the Advantage+ national grassroots footprint, working with campaigns, committees, interest groups, and paid canvassing firms in all 50 states to maximize their use of the Advantage+ Grassroots Technology Suite. Since joining Advantage in 2021, Tyler has helped facilitate more than 100 million voter contacts nationwide and has worked with the RNC, NRSC, NRCC, RSLC, Senate Leadership Fund, Congressional Leadership Fund, Sentinel Acton Fund, America PAC, and over 40 state parties.
Prior to working with the Advantage team, Tyler served as Deputy Director of State Party Development in the Political Department at the Republican National Committee. In this role, Tyler oversaw the RNC’s inaugural GROW Program during the 2019-20 cycle – a national effort to support state and territory parties with tailored organizational guidance. The 2019-20 GROW Program completed more than 125 hours of hands-on engagement that translated to over $1.3 million in direct support to state and territory parties. It also provided a successful foundation for what became the RNC’s dedicated State Party Strategies Department.
Before his time at the RNC, Tyler was Senior Project Manager and Client Services Director at Templar Baker Group in Lansing, Michigan, providing political and business development counsel. While at TBG, Tyler oversaw 23 client accounts and the Michigan-based efforts for two national interest groups. He also served as Director of Operations on Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette’s gubernatorial campaign during the 2018 cycle, where he managed a budget of $7.5 million, coordinated with critical stakeholders, helped onboard and train new hires, and advanced and staffed over 100 events.
Born and raised in suburban Philadelphia, Tyler earned a double degree in Political Science and Economics from Wake Forest University in 2013. He currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife, Mary.
Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, supporting his Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, Sixers, and Deacs, and playing as much golf as possible.
Caroline Sekula joined Advantage in 2010 and currently serves as Director of Call Center Operations. With more than 15 years of experience in communications, campaign operations, and client strategy, Caroline helps organizations connect data, technology, and outreach to better understand and engage their audiences.
Caroline oversees the operations, compliance, and workflow strategy behind large-scale voter engagement and research programs, including texting, automated calling, and live agent campaigns. She specializes in building efficient processes, coordinating complex projects, and ensuring teams and technology work together seamlessly to deliver impactful results for clients.
Caroline earned her B.A. in Communications from APU and resides in Reno, Nevada. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling whenever she gets the opportunity, building her flower garden, and spending quality time with her husband and three children.
Rachelle Korinko joins Advantage, Inc. as a Data Manager. She brings Advantage, Inc. years of quantitative analysis and methodology at the academic level.
Rachelle received her Bachelor’s in Political Economy from Clemson University in May 2011. After spending a year studying mathematics at Clemson she moved to Arlington, VA to pursue a Master’s degree in Political Science at George Mason University. Rachelle joined our team right after graduating with her Master’s May 2014.
While she was born in Albany, NY, she spent her childhood in Aiken, SC. However, she currently lives in Charleston, SC where she spends her free time learning new computer programing languages (Python, R, and Javascript). She is also a passionate home chef with a proclivity for Middle Eastern, Southeast Asian, and Southern foods.
Emmanuel Diosdado knows grassroots politics from the ground up. Beginning his career knocking doors on Wesley Hunt’s congressional campaign, he quickly advanced into leadership roles overseeing some of the country’s most demanding field operations.
He joins Advantage with the perspective of someone who has worked every level of a campaign, from field representative to statewide and multi-state operations, bringing a practical, people-first approach to building and executing successful grassroots programs.
Over the course of his career, Emmanuel has managed multi-state voter contact programs, directed nationwide field deployments, supervised field teams, and developed operational strategies for political and public affairs campaigns. He served on the leadership team for Glenn Youngkin’s successful gubernatorial campaign, helping lead convention field operations before directing the campaign’s innovative voter verification and absentee outreach program.
During the 2024 presidential primary cycle, Emmanuel led statewide field operations in Texas, overseeing one of the largest grassroots efforts of the cycle and managing hundreds of thousands of voter contacts in just weeks.
Known for his attention to detail, collaborative leadership style, and ability to execute at scale, he is a trusted partner to campaigns and consultants seeking high-performing field programs.
Emmanuel lives in the Houston area with his family and enjoys spending weekends fishing and tending to his farm animals.
Nancy Miller Townes joined Advantage, Inc. as Project Manager in May 2022. Her diverse background brings substantive knowledge of legislative policy, regulatory processes, advocacy, and education.
Nancy is a native Montanan who earned dual degrees in Communications and Education from the University of Montana. Additionally, she holds a Master’s degree in Education from George Mason University.
Just prior to joining the Advantage team, Nancy wrapped up sixteen years as an educator, teaching students ranging in age from kindergarten to high school. Before becoming a teacher, Nancy served as a Government Affairs Representative for Tennessee Valley Authority, where she analyzed federal and state policy/legislation, wrote testimony for Congressional Hearings, and provided briefings for U.S. Congressmen and their staff. Nancy has also served as an aide to both a U.S. Senator and a U.S. Congressman, advocated for national nonprofits, strengthened grassroots efforts through collaboration and guidance, and managed a PAC for an international equipment/services company.
Nancy currently resides in Phoenix, AZ with her husband, Eben, and their two children. She enjoys traveling, gardening, supporting rescued animals, and cheering on her kids at their sporting events.
Josef Leveratto joined Bridgetree, Inc. in March 2015 and leads Quality Assurance for the Advantage+ Grassroots Technology Suite. In this role, Joe leverages his deep technical expertise to manage both modern and legacy product lifecycles. He serves as the critical bridge between the engineering team and the end-user, ensuring the Advantage+ systems run flawlessly on a day-to-day basis while continuously driving improvements based on direct customer feedback.
Prior to working for Bridgetree, Joe worked as the Data Director for the Republican Party of Wisconsin (2012-2014), managing data operations during the 2012 Romney Presidential election and Gov. Scott Walker’s 2014 reelection.
He currently lives in Henderson, NV, with his wife, Janet, their young daughter and son, and three corgis. When he isn’t running QA environments or untangling complex technical logic, you can usually find him playing guitar, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, planning the family’s next trip to Disneyland, or catching a film at the local drive-in.
As Vice President, Advocacy, Jim Eltringham helps Advantage clients win policy battles by recruiting and mobilizing grassroots support.
With Advantage, Jim has managed high-stakes engagements for major clients, including campaigns, survey research/polling firms, and major brands. He has successfully fueled national, state, and local campaigns with up-to-the-minute data; designed and executed dynamic grassroots mobilization efforts to help win major legislative victories; and directed swing state efforts for multi-state issue advocacy organizations.
Before joining Advantage, Jim was the Vice President of Online Campaigns at Advocacy Group, Inc., overseeing digital recruitment campaigns designed to move real-world political policy. His work included grassroots recruitment and mobilization as well as the development of creative digital tools to advance and augment messaging. Previously, Jim served as Director of Grassroots Campaigns at Mercury. There, he managed state and congressional district field campaigns to impact national policy decisions on issues ranging from health care to tort reform to food allergy awareness.
Jim is a frequent lecturer on grassroots mobilization and public relations. He lives in Centreville, Virginia, with his wife and twin daughters.
